The condition of pieces (other than where a number are included in the same lot) is mentioned in this catalogue and is intended as a guide to assist potential Purchasers. It remains the responsibility of the Purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the condition of each piece in any lot.

Registration

Those participating in the auction must provide acceptable identification consistent with current money laundering legislation.

Absentee Bidding

Commission Bids may be submitted by post or email to the Auctioneer who will execute such bids without obligation.  At the sole discretion of the Auctioneer bidding may also be undertaken by telephone.  Live internet bidding may be undertaken at either www.the-saleroom.com or www.easyliveauction.com

Successful absentee bidders will be notified of their purchase(s) by telephone, email or post.
